Mitre Players

 Ali Baba and the forty thieves was another dramatic success for the Mitre Players, who are currently rehearsing for Timing,a comedy written by Alistair McGowan.

Their summer production, in Croydon and at the Minack Theatre, Cornwall, will be Moby Dick.

NEW CENTURY -
NEW NAME

The Annual General Meeting on 2nd July 2009 approved a proposal to change our name to 

Trinity Mid-Whitgiftian Association

The Cricket Club struggled in 2009, lacking an overseas player and suffering injuries to key players from previous seasons. All four Saturday teams will start 2010 in more promising positions.

The winter magazine has now been published, under new management.

Clubhouse developments

Click here to see the proposed new floor plan. Work is well under way.

The Rugby Club are now playing in London League 3. They finished strongly last season, and are on a roll in March.
If they can keep it up, they are in a good position for promotion at the end of the season.

 

    Football
The new football club, Trinity AFC, had a good third season, and now runs three teams.

Longman Legacy

Picture shows the front of the new extension - two changing rooms, a refs' room, a physio room and a shower room.

Hockey Club 

The hockey club started the season in the Surry/Hants Regional II league, with some stiff opposition.
With five matches to go, they are securely placed in the middle of the table.
